HalPet is hosting its annual one-day event for HR professionals, team leaders and management, bringing together experiences and insights on how organizations can build and share knowledge and support employee development across industries. Way2Go 2026 will take place on 8th of October at Hotel Zonar in Zagreb.
This year’s event focuses on Knowledge Transfer – how to retain the knowledge we already have, develop what is missing, and turn knowledge into practice. At the first panel, Podravka , AutoZubak, and KentBank will share real-world examples of knowledge transfer within their organizations. The second panel will feature Hrvatski Telekom, sharing its experience of transferring knowledge on a national scale.
Besides the new rebrand, one of the new additions to this year’s Way2Go is the Digital Learning Workplace recognition, acknowledging organizations’ commitment to building a culture of continuous learning and developing employee capabilities through the LPC® LMS online learning platform. Each guest will also receive a practical cheat sheet to help them navigate development decisions.
