HalPet’s L&D team is more than a group of educators.
They are facilitators of change, mentors, and designers of learning experiences.
Our L&D experts come from the real business world — managers and professionals shaped by hands-on experience and real workplace challenges.

Thanks to that experience, they bring practical solutions, authentic examples, and a deep understanding of real business challenges that teams and leaders face every day. Pioneers in Learning & Development

HalPet is not just a company with a long history — we are pioneers in business education.
We opened the first e-learning shop in Croatia in 2017, developed the first business e-learning courses, introduced blended learning to corporate “classrooms”, brought Mind Mapping, Six Thinking Hats, and LEGO® Serious Play® methodologies into the Croatian business world. Yes, we also created the first Croatian language programs for foreign employees.
